Spectators Code Of Conduct |

· Be a positive role model by recognising good sportsmanship and applauding the performances of all. Encourage and support the gymnasts and coaches. · Accept officials’ decisions in competition, addressing any queries through the Head Coach. · Do not intervene with discipline or coaching unless your help is requested. Avoid interrupting the class or distracting the coaches / gymnasts. Do not interfere with other spectators’ enjoyment. · Use appropriate verbal and body language at all times. Swearing, offensive language or aggressive or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Be considerate with regard to volume, language and topics of conversation. · Share any compliments, comments, concerns or complaints using the procedures displayed on the Club Notice Board and Website. Refrain from public disparagement, gossip and criticisms. · Switch off mobile phones. · Keep video cameras in the spectator area (unless previous arrangements have been made by the competition organiser). Refrain from using photography of any kind. · Remain in the spectator area. Do not move about the arena whilst gymnasts are competing. · Treat competition venues with respect, particularly in respect of food and drink rules. Do not leave litter. · Keep children (and out of session gymnasts) off of all gymnastics equipment. They must remain in the spectator area if not currently participating. |
