We were established in 1987 by our founder and a group of dedicated parents as a non-profit organisation. We are recognised by British Gymnastics and the English Gymnastics Association. Our goal at C.O.G.C is to provide the benefits of gymnastic training for all ages and to increase the awareness and participation in the sport of gymnastics.  C.O.G.C. has both recreational and competitive programs and offers a variety of classes from general fitness to Competitive Squad.

C.O.G.C. coaches are dynamic, high energy, attentive and reliable.  They are committed to develop a disciplined environment to facilitate learning and minimize disruption. Our coaches go the extra mile for your children.

All aspects of fitness and physical development are involved in gymnastics.  Flexibility, strength, agility and power are all incorporated into gymnastics training.  Basic coordination and spatial awareness are also special aspects all gymnasts develop. 

It is our goal at C.O.G.C to provide instruction with SAFETY, FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS in mind.

We are GymMark Accredited, which means that we are nationally recognised as providing a safe, effective and child-friendly environment to all our members.
